Thank you for your interest in purchasing merch and/or hiring Najestic for services and/or donating. Below you can read the companies terms, conditions, as well as read through frequently asked questions and even ask some of your own.

Najestic Entertainment is owned and operated by Natasha K. Walston, formly Natasha K. James, since 2009. The company was formally known as Na-Jas Promotions and Marketing and based out of Atlanta, Ga. Officially, although the beginning of the new rebranding started in 2013, the company name changed to Najestic Entertainment 2014 and is currently based in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Terms and Conditions

-Do not copy or screenshot from the Najestic Website, there are appropriate buttons to share Najestic content. You can also visit Najestic Social Sites and share from there.

-All Shots on the Najestic site are shot by Naja and sometimes Lemar. If the content isn't shot by Naja or Lemar, then Naja is featured in them. All content is copyright by Najestic Entertainment. All content belongs to Najestic unless paid for and/or discussed.

Photography/Videography by Najestic Entertainment

-A 50% non refundable deposit is due for any booking or services by Naja or Lemar. If the deposit isn't paid at least 7 days before your project, you will be notified that your shoot is canceled. If you pay your deposit and do not pay the remainder of whats due, upon completion of your project, after 30 days, your shoot becomes ownership of Najestic and can be used anyway Najestic feels fit. If you've paid your deposit and whats due upon completion of your shoot, Your shoot is fully owned by you, Najestic would need your permissions to share your finished shoot. If you pay your deposit and Najestic has to postpone or cancel your shoot, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND ON YOUR DEPOSIT. If you pay your deposit and you pay the remainder of your fee upon completion of your shoot, and do not receive what was discussed within 2wks YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT. If you pay your deposit and your fee upon completion of your shoot, and don't receive what was promised within 4wk YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND and Najestic WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to use any of the content created from said shoot.

-A Planned Shoot that you are invited to, PAID or UNPAID, is copyrighted by Najestic and not to be shared to the public unless otherwise discussed. If PAID to be apart of a Najestic shoot you will be paid 50% up front and the other half upon completion of the shoot. You will be sent a copy of the finished publication and at the point you will have permissions to share it and any behind the scenes to your social sites. If you collab on a project and are NOT PAID, you can share behind the scenes to your social sites while on set and you will receive edits from the shoot that you can do with what you please. You will also be sent publications from the finished shoot. All project collabs will be mentioned and tagged in all works.

-Late or a No Show, on a the Najestic end if we are late you will be fully refunded or compensated per hour we are late, be it our fault or not. If we are a no show you will be fully refunded or compensated for full shoot. Rescheduling will be completely up to the client or collaborator. If client is late, depending on location, will be responsible for paying for additional time to complete their shoot, or use the remaining time to capture what we can within the time they have scheduled. If client is a no show, the client forfeits their deposit and if the client wants to hire Najestic again, will have to put down another deposit and reschedule their shoot.

-Location Fees and travel expenses are paid for by the client and is included in the final price discussed. If client cancels or is a no show they forfeit their deposit and location and travel fees. If Najestic cancels, or late, Najestic is responsible for full refund and all fees if the client decides to move forward with said shoot.

-Turnover Time, depends on the shoot, it can be 7 days to 8 wks.

Special Effects and Digital Art by Najestic Entertainment

-After discussion and agreeing upon photo/video art, a quote will be given and a 50% non-refundable deposit is due before your project even begins. The other 50% is due after the art is completed and approved. If the remainder of the balance is not received within 30days, Najestic is free to use the art as they please, including being revised to sell on merch or selling to another person or company. If Najestic fails to complete the project, a full refund will be issued to the client. If Najestic misses deadline but completes project, only a 50% refund will be issued to the client.

-If your photo is used in Najestic art its paid for or used with permission of the owner of the photo.
